360 Evaluation for Assistant Sales Directors

In June 2014, the Company assessed its staff members holding the office of “Assistant Sales Director”. The assessment was conducted based on key competencies required for a manager to effectively manage both actual sales process, and the team.

The assessment summarized annual performance of this office and allowed to estimate the current level of expertise of Assistant Sales Directors. The results have shown the direction for further growth of staff and formed the basis for the development of individual development plans.
